Lyn did her best to provide me with the support available to her, and despite some obstacles along the way, she preservered to eventually get me the support I needed. She listened without judgement and treated me with patience and understanding. I am now more hopeful that I will receive the treatment that I need to get better. Thank you.

When waiting for a referral outcome, an intermittent update (or the ability to view the progress of the referral online) - would be helpful and prevent a build up of anxiety.
